The provincial government of La Union (PGLU) recognizes the work and contributions in public service of February Retirees during the PGLU First Monday Flag Raising Ceremony on February 4, 2019 at the Provincial Capitol Grounds, City of San Fernando, La Union.
Awardees were Agriculturist I Ricardo M. Nillusguin and Supervising Agriculturist Rene N. Corpuz of the Office of the
Provincial Agriculturist; Security Guard I Cesar D. Flores and Security Guard I Guillermo E. Ancheta, Jr. of the Security Services Unit; and Midwife III Maura O. Nillo of Balaoan District Hospital.
