San Fernando City Mayor Hermenegildo A. Gualberto answered all the questions of the media related to the upcoming events of the 16-day festivities for the 20th Cityhood Foundation Anniversary, the highlights being the Grand People’s Parade set on March 16, 2018. With Sally Medrano as overall fiesta coordinator and Michael Mabanag, project manager with the theme “People’s City @20: The Grand Reunion”. Held at the City Mayor’s lobby last March 9, 2018.
