DILG Benguet outgoing Provincial Director Rufina Fegcan, incoming Provincial Director Regina Mammag with Governor Melchor Diclas represented by Executive Assistant David Cabuten awarded more than P500,000.00 financial assistance under the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (ECLIP) of the government to three former rebels who surrendered to government authorities in a simple ceremony at the Benguet Capitol in La Trinidad on Tuesday, June 21, 2022.
The ceremony was also witnessed by 702nd Brigade Commander BGen. Krishnamurti Mortela, Benguet Provincial Police Office Community
Affairs Development Unit Chief PLtCol. Dominga Terrado and Provincial Intelligence Unit Chief PLt Col. Cleff Vencio, and reps from the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office and the Philippine Information Agency-Benguet.
