Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has sent a total of 10,000 food packs to Kalinga province to augment the resources of the local government units.
Leo Quintilla, regional director of the DSWD, said the local government requested 17,500 family food packs which they will complete in a few days to assure that people will not go out of their homes.
