Baguio City Benjamin Magalong and Police Regional Office – Cordillera (PRO-COR) Director Police BGen. Ronald Lee signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) allowing the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) full use of the building and property owned by the city.
Witnessing the signings are Vice-Mayor Faustino Olowan and BCPO City Director Police Col. Glen Lonogan and other PNP Regional Officials.
