Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III and Vice Gov. Mario Eduardo C. Ortega lead the discussions as the Provincial Government of La Union plans out its programs, projects and activities (PPAs) in the next three years during the Executive-Legislative Development Advisory Council (ELDAC) Workshop at The Manor, Camp John Hay, Baguio City on October 23-25, 2019.
The ELDAC workshop gathered all PGLU’s elective officials, executive department heads, and the Multi Sectoral Governance Council in an aim to harmonize the executive and legislative initiatives of the province.
