Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III reaffirms the Provincial Government of La Union’s (PGLU) commitment to continually streamline internal procedures in order to uphold transparency and efficiency in public service as PGLU gears up for the second surveillance audit in line with ISO 9001:2015 Certification.

This was manifested by Gov. Pacoy during the audit meeting at the Diego Silang Hall of the provincial capitol building in the city of San Fernando, La Union on Wednesday, July 17, 2019.
