In celebration of the 79th birthday of the former councilor Roberto “Bungo” Ortega an outreach program was spearheaded by Councilor Francisco “Pacoy” Roberto Ortega VI in Pacdal covered court, Baguio City last March 17, 2018 with the theme “Tuloy-tuloy na serbisyo mula sa pamilya Ortega” in coordination with Punong Barangays Roberto Medina of Pacdal and Conchita Rillers of Saint Joseph Navy Base, Councilor Benny Bomogao and Rizal Elementary School principal Jackson Cayaos. The event included free services such as haircut, pedicure and manicure with free servings of ice cream, a delicious lunch and distribution of slippers to the residents of the barangay and nearby places and their children.
