Happy Mother’s Day

Happy Mothers’ Day to all the mothers out there, especially to our widows, single mother, single dad and etc… I salute you mga Kadungngo-dungngo. Second Sunday of May that we usually celebrate Mothers’ Day, a time to treat them with Flowers and Chocolate. You’re lucky that you have her around with you, for some struggle out there without their mother to guide them through.

Dungngo you have all the time to simply say “I Love you Mama!” rather than “Happy Mothers’ Day” for this day shall pass like the wind that brushes off your face, never been touched and never been seen. Don’t let it pass Kadungngo-dungngo, say it out loud while she’s alive. For you don’t have all the time in the world to say so. For you might not know what will happen tomorrow.

Treat your mother right, you want to date her? Try and dine at Kamayan sa Cordillera, an eat-all-you-can buffet at Quezon Hill, Baguio City owned and managed by Madam April Rose Ayangwa. But if you are from Benguet and you want to be out of the City then go to Native Tongue at Benguet Agri-Pinoy Trading Center Bay 3, owned and managed by the lovely couple Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Balao while across that is owned by one of our good friends also Madam Vicky Dumpit, the owner of Jaro’s Fastfood and Restaurant! “Yummy! Yummy! on your Tummy!”

Treat your mother right, you want to show her love? Magpa-beauty sa Gib-an Salon located at Public Market near Maharlika Bldg. below the stairs of overpass across Malcolm Square. However, you want something that lasts forever, at least a blouse, dress, pants, and undergarment? Then go shopping at Mabini Shopping Center; a special mention to Symonah’s Hauz Anik-anik, JM’s Collection and RG Collection and Overrun.

Treat your mother right? Sing her a love song even when you’re out of tune. But I have a suggestion in mind Kadungngo-dungngo, sing or play “She’s Always a Woman to Me” by Billy Joel. No one can replace a heart of a mother right? She will always be your Perfect Fan just like also the titled song of Backstreet Boys. I hope you knew this Boy Band from the 90s. While in the Bible (KJV) Ephesians 6:1-3 “Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right. Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;) That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.”

Councillor Guiller Galwan of La Trinidad once said “The Overload Principles in life is doing effort day by day for the improvement of our self while accepting responsibility for the development of our nation. Criticism is evident but this shall not hinder us to do better” he said during the inauguration of newly elected officials of Puguis Federation Women’s Association with the initiative of their na-yummy kanu nga Kapitan Sonny Victor Balanoy. Dungngo as always, Ti Panagtinnunos nga Agtrabaho, mangiturong iti Panagprogreso.
