IFSU ROTC defends title as best ROTC unit in CAR

The Ifugao State University (IFSU) Main Campus Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) defended its 2018 title and remains the champion during the recently concluded Regional Annual Administrative Tactical Inspection (RAATI) 2019.
IFSU ROTC bested nine (9) other higher education institution ROTC Units in the region in the areas of Company Drill, Map Reading, Theoretical different Exam, Small Unit Tactic, Field Stripping, Administrative Aspect, Band and other components.
IFSU President Eva Marie Codamon-Dugyon urged the young and aspiring reservists and reserve officers to become leaders in the future by embracing honor, patriotism and duty in her inspirational message during the RAATI inspection on April 4, 2019.
“You are the future of this nation. You will one day become the generation that leads this country. Your actions today will shape the course of tomorrow,” Dugyon said.
“Honor, patriotism and duty are three important words for success in your chosen career. These are the core values and the heart of this activity that will define how you want to be,” she added.
For his part, IFSU ROTC Corps Commander Augusto Binwek said that, “It is an honor to be declared again as the new champion for the RAATI 2019.
It is a fruit of our hard work, discipline and preparation.”
For sure, we will continue to embrace the spirit and culture of a champion,” Lonez added. The RAATI Team was led by Col. Gregory L. Docil INF (GSC) Philippine Army.
