Initiated by Baguio Elderly Artists Council in coordination with Baguio Center Mall aims to develop the artistic talents of the young generation. Baguio City Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan assisted by Johan Teope, mall manager led in the distribution of certificates to the participants. Olowan expressed gratitude to the organizer and the Center Mall management for showcasing kids creative talents. Also present were Councilors Vladimir Cayabas, Leandro B. Yangot Jr. Mr. Santiago P. Tagapong BEAC Chair and Mr. Edward Santiago Artist Facilitator and Pam Carino master of ceremony.
