Enta Cool Creative City Festival features local artists as they showcase their artworks dubbed as Kulay ng Siglo at Visual Arts Gallery & Exhibits in the Old Diplomat Hotel, Dominican Hill and Retreat House, Baguio City.It was followed by grand opening ceremonies last November 10, 2018 in a bid to ensure that the city maintains its designation by UNESCO as a creative city by promoting excellence and leadership in craftsmanship, celebrating local culture and talent, and promoting inclusive growth for the creative sector and the youth in terms of educational, immersion and entrepreneurial opportunities in the creative industry.
