delivery. La Union records another first as the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) secures the first province in the entire country to pass a total of 3 ISO Standards implying competence in provision of public administration services following its passing of BS EN ISO 9001:2015 QMS Second Surveillance Audit on June 20, 2023 at the Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union.
