LAUNCHING OF HYPERTENSION AND DIABETES CLUB
(with Brgy. Beckel as a Pilot Area) From a seed of 55 participants to what we hope would blossom in all 16 Barangays.
One, in our shared fight against the two most common causes of death here in the Valley. Activities included/Services rendered: Distribution of IEC materials, Glucose, Uric, Cholesterol Reading, Lecture on Hypertension and Non-communicable Diseases, and Zumba.
The consultation was done with free maintenance meds together with kits as tokens were distributed to all participants, who are identified clients of the Barangay Health Station.
In partnership with and our special thanks to the Doctors to the Barrios from Mankayan, Paracelis, Mt. Province, Bauko, and La Trinidad. The next stop will be on the 21st of July, with Poblacion as the Host Barangay. Heads up to the remaining Barangays!
