Cabbage and Chinese cabbage are transported by the Department of Agriculture in this undated photo, through its “Kadiwa on Wheels” program, to assist farmers who were not able to sell their produce on time and were facing losses. DA-Cordillera is linking farmers to buyers and have sold nearly 150,00 metric tons from Jan. 5 to 18, 2024.
