The city government of Baguio led by Councilors Betty “Lulu’ Tabanda, Mylen Yaranon, Art Alad-iw and other Officials congratulated and commended Ms. Justine Tarah Marie Valencia for being crowned as Miss Supranational and proclaimed as the Third Runner-up in the recent Miss Universe Philippines 2024 Pageant held at the SM Mall of Asia.
