“Celebrating Traditions, Embracing Innovation.” is the Panagbenga’s theme in the upcoming 2024 festivities according to Freddie S. Alquiros President of BFFFI said during the official launching of the Panagbenga last Monday’s flag raising ceremony where local officials led by City Mayor Benjie Magalong, city hall employees attended the program with the Board of Trustees of BFFFI and other
guests, stakeholders held last December 18, 2023 at the Baguio City Hall Grounds.
