Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” Ortega III, represented by Governor-Elect Raphaelle Veronica “Rafy” Ortega-David graced the simultaneous post-election pledge of support signing held at the Marangal Grandstand, Camp Diego Silang, Brgy. Carlatan, the City of San Fernando, La Union on June 6, 2022, to ensure a safer province after the conduct of National and Local Elections 2022.
