President Rodrigo Duterte hands over the Presidential Saber , the highest award that a graduating cadet is receiving to Cadet 1st Class Dionnie Mae Apollog Umalla who is the topnotcher is this years graduation of the Philippine Military Academy class of 2019 dubbed as the Mabalasik Class of 2019. A total of 261 cadets, composed of 17 females and 244 males graduating this year.
