PRO1 tinalo ang 16 regional offices sa crime clearance, solution
SAN FERNANDO, LA UNION – Nanguna ang Police Regional Office (PRO) ng Ilocos region sa crime clearance efficiency at ikalawa sa crime solution efficiency bukod sa 17 iba pang Philippine National Police regional offices sa bansa sa unang bahagi ng taong ito.
Ayon kay Supt. Marlon Paiste, police information officer ng PRO-1, na nakakuha ang PRO-1 ng 90.30 porsyentong average rating para sa crime clearance at 76.65 porsiyento sa crime solution efficiency sa parehong index at non-index crimes.
Sa 11,159 na krimeng naitala sa rehiyon mula Enero hanggang Abril 30 ng taong ito, 10,077 ang cleared out habang 8,553 na mga krimen ang nalutas base sa mga ulat na isinumite ng Regional Investigation and Detective Management Division (RIDMD), ayon kay Paiste.
“Regular conduct of case conference with investigators on the field, proper supervision of field commanders in the conduct of operations and cooperation of community, especially the victims in giving statement and conduct of investigation to identify persons of interest and suspects, are the primary reasons why PRO-1 garnered the ranking,” aniya.
Idinagdag ni Paiste na ang pagresponde sa mga insidente ng physical injuries at operations na may kaugnayan sa implementasyon ng special laws ang may pinakamalaking bilang ng operations na kanilang isinagawa.
