First in Benguet.. Promoting Basic Menstrual Hygiene and Empowering Women through Hygienic . A project of
small-scale miners of Lower Gomok Multipurpose Cooperative (LGMPC) in Barangay Ucab, Itogon and Laurencio Fianza National High School (LFNHS) in Barangay Dalupirip (Itogon) . The turnover and signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) were led by Eugenio Tuguinay, Sr ( LGMPC BOD- Chairperson) and Joe Caw as (LGMPC General Manager) and Emilyn Bugnosen Agapen (LGMPC-GAD Committee Officer) and Nancy Costina (LFNHS School Head) and Carmen Sotero. The activity was held on July 22 at LFNHS grounds witnessed by Barangay Dalupirip Kagawad Ricardo Sukaw, DSWD-CAR staff Jobelle Batanes and Charmaine Molintas Likigan ,Benguet Congressional Staff, and Marionito Lisayen, Executive Assistant Itogon Municipal Mayor’s Office. INSET ( Rehabilitated Exclusive Comfort Rooms).
