Dr. Cecilia Capuyan of the Department of Agriculture-Cordillera regulatory division stresses that rabies is 100 percent fatal but also 100 percent preventable during the Kapihan sa DOH- CAR held at Secretary’s Cottage, BGHMC Compound on March 13, 2018, in observation of Rabies Awareness Month with theme “Barangay Kaagapay, Laban sa Rabies Tagumpay”.
