The Regional Development Council presented the Cordillera Administrative Region’s progress during the 3rd Quarter RDC Full Council meeting in Baguio City recently. RDC Chairperson Apayao Governor Elias Bulut Jr. led the State of the Region Address, highlighting accomplishments across various committees in the Cordillera region. He expressed gratitude to stakeholders for achievements despite challenges, showcasing Cordillerans’ resilience and unity. The Chairperson also outlined future directions, including collaboration with Cordillera legislators to address regional needs and priorities.
