City Mayor Benjamin Magalong and Baguio Rep. Mark Go .Vice-Mayor Faustino Olowan leds in the Rizal day commemoration along with Barangay Rizal Monument officials led by Punong Barangay Arnaldo F. Miranda . With them are Councilors Vlad Cayabas, Jose Molintas, Lilia Farinas. Barangay Kagawad Grace Gano, Gerry Manuel, Agustin Sister, Jenny Ann Bulatao, Rojan Padsingan, Isabel Dawang and Rolan Mercado.
