Baguio City’s effort to decongest market places and bring basic necessities to the barangays is becoming a familiar scene in school yards and open gyms.

The DTI and DA in coordination with Barangay heads has scheduled rolling markets with basic necessities and food items supplied by local distributors in areas such as Dontogan, Fairview, Bakakeng, Pacdal, Asin, Lucban, Loacan, Country Club Village and Benguet towns such as Atok and Kibungan.
