Vice President and Department of Education Secretary Sarah Duterte Carpio on Friday have a quick visits to Dr. Jose Rizal Elementary School and Doña Nicasia Elementary School in the city. Before the visit the school children received green bags with Pagba”Bag”o, a play on the Filipino word pagbabago. She also meet parents, teachers, and residents in Pacdal Barangay and at Dr. Jose Rizal Elementary School for a brief meet and greet.
