Governor Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III gives his welcome remarks during the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) National Validation last August 24, 2017 at the Pasalubong Center, Mabanag Justice Hall, City of San Fernando, La Union. The said event led by the SGLC National Assessment Team and Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) aims to validate if the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) has satisfactorily comply all the areas based on the principle of Good Local Governance.
