Wang Jianqun, consul and head of Post Consulate of the People’s Republic of China in Laoag City and Mayor Mauricio Domogan, signed the Memorandum of Agreement between the city government and the Baguio Filipino-Chinese Community to further develop a parcel of lot within the Botanical Garden, specifically for the Philippine-China Friendship Garden as Phase II of the continuing partnership of both with attached technical descriptions adjacent to the existing Chinese Pavillon, held on Friday during the celebration of 16th Philippine-China Friendship Day in Baguio City.
