Catholic Priest Melcin Odsi leads the blessing and opening of the Small Town Lottery Office located in Gen. Lim, Baguio City operated by the Pines Estate Gaming Corporation under the supervisions of the Philippine Charity Sweepstake Office. The opening was held last May 8, 2017. Baguio Councilor Edgar M. Avila was invited by the management to witness the opening and how the STL operates.
