The 2024 Search for the Outstanding Citizens of Baguio (SOCOB) was officially launched during the Monday Flag Raising ceremony at the Baguio City Hall grounds. Baguio residents can nominate deserving individuals and the forms are available at the City Mayor’s and City Administrator’s Office.
