The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) opened the one-townone-product trade fair at the regional office compound in Engineer’s Hill Baguio City as a featured activity for the 36th anniversary of the agency in the Cordillera Administrative Region. Engr. Emmanuel Diaz, assistant regional director said their agency’s mandate is to link provinces and allow progress to follow making products and services easily moved and transported to places with the presence of roads built and maintained by the DPWH.
