“Yung mga aesthetic or parang mga magagandang area mga restaurants, mga cafes ayun mga gusto kong binabalikan dito, beach waves, yung surfing, iba yung pakiramdam kasi kahit na we’re in the new normal parang ganun parin yung feeling parang San Juan is still San Juan, La Union is still La Union,” said Earl, a local tourist from Manila. During a brief visit in the area, local businesses and
tourism operators were observed gearing up to welcome the influx of visitors, offering a variety of activities and services to ensure that tourists have an enjoyable and memorable vacation.

Surfing lessons, beachside dining, and nightlife are just a few of them. In an interview with Coast Guard Jeff T.
