Benguet caretaker and ACT – CIS representative Eric Go Yap congratulates one out of the 131 graduates from BVS College as a scholar under Technical Education Skills Development Authority who completed their short course in Computer System Servicing NC ll, Heavy Equipment Operation (Hydraulic Excavator) NC ll, and Shielded Metal Arc Welding NC l on July 13.
At least P35 million from the national government facilitated by Yap will still be distributed this year in a bid to bring technical and vocational training skills development programs closer to the people of Benguet.
