TESDA – CAR Officials headed by OIC Regional Director Manuel Wong with Technical Education and Skills Development partners and stakeholders during the opening of the 2019 Regional Skills Competition at the Baguio City School of Arts and Trades (BCSAT).
Winners will represent Cordillera to the 2019 Luzon Zonal competition towards the Philippine and World skills tilt in 2020.
Ann Toledo representing the Hotel and Restaurant Association of Baguio (HRAB) led the ceremonial cutting of the competition chain. Categories include Cooking; Hairdressing; Cabinet-making; Restaurant Service; Beauty Therapy; Wall & Floor Tiling; Welding; IT Software Solution for Business; Web Design & Development; and Graphic Design Technology.
