A 70-year-old Manila-bound passenger at the Laoag International Airport is facing charges after an airport personnel allegedly heard her say there was a bomb in her bag on Wednesday (Jan. 3, 2024). The passenger is identified as Mary Evelyn Dolor Neuen, a Dutch national and holder of a German passport.
