A total of 193 persons with substance use disorder are listed in Irisan Barangay August 24, 2017. Here a man from Purok 22, Upper Irisan, Baguio City is being invited for questioning. According to Punong Barangay Thomas Dumalti, the drug personalities should complete the five-day orientation program with the help of religious sector to graduate and clear their name. But they will continue to be monitored even after they finish the orientation program.
