Tourism Secretary Christine Garcia Frasco, Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong, Chief Operating Officer Mark Lapid of Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA) Sol Go, representing Baguio Congressman Mark Go, led in the ceremonial groundbreaking of the site where the “tourists rest area” will be constructed at Camp 8 Kennon Road, Baguio City. Earlier a Memorandum of Agreement was signed between the DOT and Baguio City officials in Baguio Country Club.
