Family members, former congressman Bernie Vergara, incoming mayor Benjamin Magalong and other city officials pay tribute to outgoing mayor Mauricio G. Domogan at the city hall grounds, followed by the soft opening (blessing and ribbon cutting) of the City Hall Park during the Flag Raising Ceremony on Monday, June 17, 2019.
