PNP Chief Debold M. Sinas, administered the oath-taking and donning of ranks to newly promoted Police Major General Joseph Ulysses Gohel, deputy director, DIPO Eastern Mindanao on March 10 at Camp Crame, Quezon City.
Sinas was assisted by daughters Dra. Erika Gohel and Pamela Lois Gohel (right). Gohel, a Baguio resident, is a former Deputy Regional Director for Administration of the Police Regional Office-Cordillera.
