Commanding General of the Philippine Army Lt. Gen. Romeo Brawner Jr. with Acting Baguio City Mayor Faustino Olowan and Congressional wife Soledad Go representing Congressman Mark Go led the wreath laying ceremony during the commemoration of the 125th death of Dr. Jose Rizal in Baguio City on Thursday, December 30, 2021.
In his message, Brawner encouraged the Filipinos to let Dr. Jose Rizal serve as the inspiration on how to live through each day and as a Filipino that dreams of more loving and progressive nation.
