41 WANTED PERSONS APPREHENDED IN PROCOR’S WEEKLONG MANHUNT OPS

CAMP DANGWA, BENGUET – 41 individuals wanted by the law were arrested in a week-long intensified manhunt operations conducted by PROCOR cops from April 17 to 23, 2022.
Based on the records from the Regional Investigation and Detective Management Division (RIDMD), for the week, Baguio CPO recorded the highest number of arrests with fifteen (15) wanted persons arrested followed by Benguet PPO with fourteen (14) arrests, Abra PPO, Kalinga PPO and Ifugao PPO with three (3) arrests each, Apayao PPO with two (2) arrests and Mt. Province with one (1) arrest.
For this week’s highlights, 20 arrested individuals arrested were listed as Most Wanted Person: four (4) at the Provincial Level, six (6) at the Municipal Level, three (3) at the City Level, and seven (7) at the Station Level.
At the Provincial Level, Eddie Aquino Jr., listed as No. 2 was arrested for the crime of Rape; Arthur Dalingay, listed as No. 8 was arrested for Illegal Possession of a Firearm and Ammunition; Joseph Laurian, listed as No. 9 was arrested for violation of RA 8353 or the Anti- Rape Law of 1997; and Antonio Tomboc, listed as No. 10 was arrested for violation of RA 7610 or the Anti Child Abuse Law.
At the Municipal Level, Jim Ablaza and Celvino Taromo, both listed as No.1 were arrested for the crime of Rape while Steve Dulagan and Wilmar Bunuan, also listed as No. 1 were arrested for Violation of RA 9262 or the Anti-Violence against Women and their Children Act; Freddie Del Prado and Jhun Jhun Bareng, both listed as No. 6 were arrested for Arson of Property of Small Value and Violation of the Forestry Reform Code of the Philippines, respectively.
Meanwhile, at the City Level, Alexander Maingag, listed as No. 8 was arrested for Violation of PD 1866 or Illegal Possession of Firearms; Marvin Awisan, listed as No. 9 was arrested for the crime of Carnapping; and Willy Palangdan, listed as No. 10 was arrested for the crime of Robbery with Violence.
Lastly, at the Station Level, Rosalie Carpio, listed as No. 5 was arrested for the crime of Estafa; Salvador Estacio Jr, and Reynaldo Manzo, both listed as No. 7 were arrested for the crime of Theft while Wilbert Villanueva, also listed as No. 7 was arrested for Violation of RA 9262 or the Anti-Violence against Women and their Children Act; Owais Ahmed, listed as No. 9 was arrested for Syndicated Estafa; and Seidfrey Mark Laigo, listed as No. 10 was arrested for the crime of Frustrated Homicide.
