Benguet supplies an estimated 85 percent of temperate vegetables and crops to Metro Manila,nearby provinces and also some parts of Visayas. Governor Melchor D.Diclas,MD. rallies his constituents ,farmers and stakeholders to unite to sustain the province’ agriculture industry being the No. 1 livelihood. Diclas also recognizes the efforts and initiatives of local government unit officials in maintaining food security and strengthen marketing the opening of the event on Nov.16 held at the Benguet Cold Chain in Wangal ,La Trinidad.It marks the province 122nd foundation anniversary celebratiob with local officials from the 13 towns.
