ANOTHER SUPER HEALTH CENTER

Baguio City held the groundbreaking ceremony of the 5-storey Atab Super Health Center last March 25, 2023. This is the second building to be constructed in the city after the Aurora Hill Super Health Center. The event was graced by the DOH-CHD-CAR headed by Regional Director Rio L. Magpantay , through the City DOH office under Ms. Jennifer E. Valenzuela, DMO IV.

It was also attended by Senators Bong Go and Robin Padilla, City Mayor Benjie Magalong, Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan, and the City HSO headed by Acting City Health Officer, Dr. Celia Flor Brillantes and key staff. The Super Health Center has an estimated cost of 70 million pesos, of which 13 million will be funded by DOH through the Health Facility Enhancement Program, and an additional 5 million for equipping.
