Reducing greenhouse gases for a safer and healthier Summer Capital .Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong leads the handover of the electric vehicle (EV) on Friday Nov. 10 held at Ibaloi Heritage Park. One unit of electric utility vehicle cost P6.5 million .The program is being implemented by Department of Transportation (DOTr) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
