Twelve gorgeous trainees passed Beauty Care Services (Nail Care) NCII under the Blue Phenix Skills Training Center Corp. after the 216 hours (27 days) performance which ended in a simple recognition program witnessed by (seated from l-r) Martin Allidem-Trainor, Sarah Paculan-Admin Staff, Josephine Flores-President, Renea Dumpit-Trainor and Agnes Avelino-Admin last March 31, 2017 at Room 206 Otek Business Center, Otek Street, Baguio City.
