CLEANEST, SAFEST, GREENEST LGU

Gov. Raphaelle Veronica “Rafy” Ortega-David led the award ceremony for the 2022 Search for the Cleanest, Safest, and Greenest Local Government Units (LGU) in La Union on May 31, 2024, at the Provincial Capitol Lobby, City of San Fernando. This annual program honors LGUs for their exceptional environmental programs. Gov. Rafy praised the winners for their environmental efforts and urged them to sustain their initiatives.
