CORDILLERA LEADERS PUSH THE PASSAGE OF CORDILLERA AUTONOMOUS REGION BILL

Cordillera Representatives led by Baguio Rep Mark Go and Kalinga Rep. Allen Jesse Mangaoang along with Lawyer Rudolf Philip Jurado , chief of staff of Senator Robinhood Padilla hold a forum with various sectors in the Cordillera to show support for the creation of Cordillera Autonomous Region. Almost three decades since the autonomous campaign started. Go expresses the need to lobby to the national government and appropriate funds for the passage of the Bill. The National Anti-Poverty Commission (NAPC) spearheaded the consultation held on Thursday (Nov. 16) at Baguio Green Valley.
