Some 400 relief food packs are set to be delivered to the families in the province affected by
the earthquake that struck the northern parts of Luzon last July 27. The Provincial Government of Benguet
headed by Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas expressed their gratitude to the Chinese Embassy and
