Despite the presence of a traffic enforcer, Baguio residents and local tourists, both
young and old, still used the pedestrian crossing near the Malcolm Square instead of using the pedestrian
overpass. Police enforcement is needed to discipline pedestrians that only PWD and Senior Citizens are
