Eight-year-old Eunice Hillary (3rd from left) was crowned Miss Little Baguio 2017 on Sept 23 grand coronation night at Baguio Convention Center. Sharing the limelight are (from left) 4th Runner-up Kathleen Cadacio, 9; 3rd Runner-up Reese Javier, 6; 1st Runner-up Felicity Baldemor, 9; and 2nd Runner-up Ayumi Sapico,10. The event is part of the 108th Charter City anniversary of the Summer Capital and organized by Vell Watson of Mabuhay Baguio Sky Production.
